Idea

HyBotX is a robotics power technology company focused on enabling long-duration, real-world deployment of humanoid and mobile robots by introducing hybrid power systems purpose-built for outdoor and extreme environments. The company’s core idea is to remove endurance as the primary bottleneck in robotic labor by combining internal combustion and electric power into a compact, modular architecture that integrates seamlessly with next-generation robots.

Challenge

HyBotX is addressing the critical limitations of battery-only robots, which are constrained to 2–3 hours of runtime, suffer severe performance degradation in low temperatures, and are unsuitable for uninterrupted outdoor work. These constraints prevent robots from meaningfully solving labor shortages in physically demanding industries that require long, continuous operation without downtime or dependence on fixed charging infrastructure.

Solution

HyBotX is delivering a hybrid power module that allows robots to operate continuously for 8 to 12 hours without reliance on charging infrastructure, even in harsh outdoor conditions. By intelligently combining a compact fuel engine, advanced battery storage, and a proprietary power management unit, HyBotX enables full-shift autonomy, rapid refueling, high continuous power output, and reliable performance across industries such as construction, agriculture, mining, logistics, defense, and disaster response.
