Idea

Wendit Group is launching an ambitious and transformative project in Cameroon that combines industrial poultry farming with strategic infrastructure development. The core idea is to establish a state-of-the-art, automated poultry farm in Lobo, alongside the construction of hotels, a hospital, a secondary school, and a rural road. This integrated approach not only aims to revolutionize poultry production by focusing on liquid eggs and broiler chickens, but also to stimulate economic growth, job creation, and community development in both rural and urban settings.

Challenge

Wendit Group is tackling key challenges in Cameroon’s poultry and infrastructure sectors. These include high production costs due to expensive feed, outdated farming practices, lack of automation, limited healthcare and education services in rural areas, and inadequate hospitality facilities. By investing in technology, local feed production, and modern infrastructure, the company aims to boost local productivity, reduce import dependency, improve living standards, and create a sustainable model for agro-industrial and socio-economic development in the region.

Solution

Wendit Group is providing a comprehensive solution by implementing an innovative, fully computerized, and automated poultry farm capable of producing 350,000 liquid eggs daily and processing 120,000 broiler chickens every 45 days. The project incorporates high-tech systems for real-time farm management, modern egg preservation using natamycin, and cold chain logistics to ensure product quality. Additionally, the group will construct four hotels, a hospital, a school, and a 5 km road to address gaps in tourism infrastructure, education, healthcare, and transportation in underserved areas.
