Umberto Sacco

Founder of: Sacco

Umberto is the founder of Sacco – Italian Pasta Express and is fully involved in every stage of the project: commercial development, marketing and communication,branding, and strategic planning. His vision and entrepreneurial drive led to the creation of a scalable model for a fast-food chain specialized in Italian pasta, with a unique serving and operational system.
With a strong background in hospitality, retail, and restaurant management, Umberto has built a solid career across Italy, London, and other international locations. He began in the hotel industry, where he grew from entertainment staff to head of animation, later taking on roles with greater responsibility such as overseeing restaurant operations for hotel guests and managing increasingly important functions within the hospitality structure.

He then advanced into the fashion and retail sector as store manager and general manager, where he supervised operations, marketing, communication, and customer service at 360°. In London and Italy, he also worked in bars and restaurants, where he learned how to organize bar and kitchen operations, source the most suitable products for the clientele, and constantly innovate the culinary offering. 
This diverse path provided him with a comprehensive skill set in management, customer care, and business development – all now focused on successfully launching and scaling Sacco – Italian Pasta Express.
