Founder & CEO

I am the Founder & CEO of SeedHive, a platform focused on democratizing access to early-stage startup investments by enabling individuals to invest in startups through structured and transparent investment models. My goal is to bridge the gap between promising founders and accessible capital while ensuring trust, due diligence, and investor protection within the ecosystem.

Idea

SeedHive is a technology-driven investment marketplace aimed at opening up early-stage startup investing in India to a broader audience. It addresses the gap where startup investment opportunities are largely restricted to venture capital firms, angel networks, and high-net-worth individuals, despite the country having a vast and rapidly growing base of over 110,000 startups. By enabling individuals to participate with relatively smaller ticket sizes, SeedHive seeks to make startup investing more inclusive, structured, and accessible.

Challenge

SeedHive is addressing critical inefficiencies in India’s early-stage investment landscape, including limited access for retail investors, lack of reliable evaluation frameworks for startup credibility, and uneven capital distribution where promising startups struggle to secure seed funding. By introducing standardized processes, verified sourcing, and transparent investment structures, the platform aims to resolve trust deficits, improve capital allocation efficiency, and create a more balanced startup funding ecosystem.

Solution

SeedHive is a platform that provides a structured and transparent ecosystem for startup investments by combining curated deal flow with data-driven validation. It sources startups directly from incubators and accelerators, applies AI-based models to evaluate business potential and founder capability, and offers multiple investment instruments such as equity, convertible notes, and revenue-sharing agreements. This approach reduces information asymmetry and risk while maintaining accessibility through a minimum investment threshold of ₹1 lakh.
