The collaboration targets Lagos–Tema (Ghana) day voyages, addressing long road transit times and unsafe overland travel with capital, technical mentorship and go-to-market support.

West Africa’s coastal transport market faces chronic inefficiencies: 20–36 hour road journeys for Lagos–Ghana (290 miles/467 km), frequent checkpoints, security incidents, stalled cargo shipments and high airfreight costs. Regional trade and passenger flows — spanning traders, students, tourists and officials — represent a multi-hundred-million-dollar serviceable market with limited maritime alternatives. The white space is clear: reliable, scheduled fast-ferry services that cut transit to 8–9 hours and provide secure capacity for passengers and RORO cargo.
