Idea

Primelocation care givers foundation is the promoter and sponsor of an 80-bed secondary and tertiary multi-specialty hospital project in Lagos, Nigeria, requiring a total investment of $100 million. The Foundation is establishing Hope Care Hospital to deliver affordable, high-quality, and accessible healthcare services to underserved and middle-income populations. The project is positioned within Nigeria’s $10B+ healthcare market and is structured to combine strong social impact with financial sustainability through diversified clinical services and institutional partnerships.

Challenge

Primelocation care givers foundation is addressing critical healthcare gaps in Nigeria, including overcrowded public hospitals, low doctor-to-patient ratios, limited access to advanced diagnostics, high maternal and child mortality, and over $1 billion in annual medical tourism outflows. By establishing a modern, patient-centered hospital in Lagos, the Foundation aims to expand domestic treatment capacity, reduce outbound medical travel, improve healthcare outcomes, create over 800 direct and indirect jobs, and strengthen Nigeria’s private healthcare infrastructure.

Solution

Primelocation care givers foundation is developing Hope Care Hospital as a fully integrated medical complex providing 24/7 emergency and trauma care, internal medicine, general and specialized surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, ICU and HDU services, dialysis, radiology, laboratory diagnostics, pharmacy operations, and maternal and neonatal care. The model incorporates modern medical equipment, phased deployment of advanced imaging (CT and MRI), telemedicine integration, and insurance-backed affordability through NHIS and HMO partnerships, ensuring both accessibility and scalable revenue generation.
