Idea
This system is designed to control, monitor, and provide real-time information about the health of patients who still need care after being discharged from the hospital, and it consists of several care departments that can create a CCU and ICU environment for patients at home.
By using the necessary hardware and sensors and installing them at home (each patient needs a pack of the system depending on the type of disease and the doctor's diagnosis), this system checks the patient's condition moment by moment and in case of diagnosis It communicates the suspicious case or any medically important case (along with prioritization) to the central part of the system, the nurse and the attending physician. After the diagnosis and confirmation of the patient's problem by a specialist doctor or nurse, the necessary measures are taken, including notification, sending a nurse, doctor or emergency room to the patient's home.
