Idea

Our startup MADOMIX is a non-GMO soy-based bakery improver that offers a healthy and nutritious alternative for bakeries by improving their recipes. It is added to bread dough or other baked goods to improve their texture, flavor, volume, shelf life or other baking properties. It contains exclusively natural additives that are used to achieve results


Challenge

MADOMIX could solve the problem of the shortage of quality bread in certain regions or at certain times of the year. Indeed, by helping bakeries produce bread more quickly and more efficiently, a bread improver could help increase the supply of fresh, quality bread on the market. It could also help meet the growing demand for bread in certain growing populations.


Solution

The production of MADOMIX consists of creating food additives which are added to basic ingredients used to prepare bread.  MADOMIX aims to improve the organoleptic characteristics (taste, smell, texture) of bread, to optimize fermentation, rising of the dough, conservation and stability of the final product. The impact of using MADOMIX is multiple. First of all, it improves the quality of the bread by giving it a softer texture, a more airy crumb and a crispier crust. This also increases the shelf life of the bread by delaying its drying out and preventing the formation of mold. Furthermore, the use of MADOMIX may also have an impact on the health of consumers. MADOMIX production has advantages in terms of quality and conservation of finished products, we ensure the safety and quality of the additives used to guarantee the health of consumers.


Story

The development of our solution was motivated by our past experience in the bakery improver distribution sector. After working hard bagging and distributing products from an importer in Bafoussam, we realized that the demand for these products was always higher than the supply available on the market. That's when we decided to create our own solution and make our own bakery improvers.
Over time, we gained extensive knowledge in the field of baking, including conducting research after high school. Our meeting with a Spanish sales director working at LASONOR EMUL was decisive for the development of our solution. He shared valuable advice with us and helped us improve our formulations to make them effective and of high quality.
Thus, thanks to our field experience, extensive research and advice from industry experts, we have been able to develop an innovative and high-performance solution to meet the market's needs for bakery improvers. Today, we are proud to be able to offer quality products and to contribute to the development of the bakery sector.
