It targets traders, students, civil servants, and frequent travelers through a fleet of second-hand Toyota Coaster minibuses. With a total capacity of 75 passengers per trip and a goal of transporting 50 passengers daily, IPS-Nada plans to generate solid monthly revenues while meeting a real need for organized mobility.

IPS-Nada is a direct response to major challenges such as the lack of reliability, scarcity, and insecurity of collective transport options linking certain urban areas in Benin. The company aims to overcome these obstacles by offering a modern alternative to bush taxis and overcrowded trucks, thanks to efficient logistical monitoring, high-quality service, and clear differentiation through punctuality, comfort, and passenger safety.

IPS-Nada is a practical solution to the lack of modern collective transport options in Benin. The company plans to operate a fleet of minibuses equipped with GPS and offer a structured, punctual, and professional service at an affordable fare of 7,000 FCFA per passenger.
