With 91% of the economically active population in Brazil dissatisfied with their jobs and only 11% of students having access to career guidance, Seren aims to change the landscape. Its AI-driven ecosystem, centered around the proprietary GenAI career counselor “Serendeep,” offers a transformative approach to professional exploration—blending personalized mentoring, scalable digital tools, and hands-on career experimentation.
