The academy was established in response to the failure of traditional education systems to produce job-ready graduates, leaving many youths with certificates but no employable capabilities. FunmiLove Academy exists to empower youths through structured skill development that enables them to become productive professionals, entrepreneurs, and contributors to economic growth.

FunmiLove Academy (FLA) is a School of Skills based in Lekki Peninsula Scheme II, Ajah, Lagos, dedicated to equipping young people with vocational, technical, and creative skills that are aligned with industry needs. The academy provides hands-on training, talent identification, and career development pathways that prepare students for employment or entrepreneurship locally and globally. In addition to technical training, FunmiLove Academy promotes character development, community service, and real-world experience, ensuring graduates are both professionally competent and socially responsible.
