Cristian is an experienced Italian chef with a long career across restaurants, hotels, and international hospitality venues. Within Sacco – Italian Pasta Express, he is responsible for leading kitchen operations, organizing workflows, and ensuring that
the innovative system of preparation and service maintains both efficiency and authentic Italian quality. His versatility, from fine dining to fast-paced kitchens, makes him a key asset in training future colleagues and scaling the operational model.
Cristian has accumulated extensive experience in Italy, London, and Austria, working as chef de partie, assistant chef, and barman-chef in various contexts. He refined his culinary and organizational skills at Enoteca del Castello and Gubistrock, and previously at The Drop Inn in Austria.
His career also includes leadership roles in restaurants such as Shezan Restaurant in London and experience in renowned hospitality venues including Monferrato Resort and Hotel Mont Blanc in Courmayeur. This diverse background – ranging from classic Italian cuisine to self-service and fast-food environments – provided him with the ability to manage teams, streamline operations, and constantly innovate the culinary offer, making him an essential figure for Sacco – Italian Pasta Express.
