With the utilization of AI, we support businesses, to improve their management skills. Engagement world wide is low. We initially will focus only on the maintenance field. Assisting the utilized maintenance computer program through AI.

The whole team is involved because they have a passion for the computer and the management function.

The way that businesses are being managed, after COVID 19, will never be the same again. We are embarking on AI technology that's going to happen.

Two emotional AI have already been developed. But finding the right AI will be a challenge. But we have the right expertise.

Challenge

The main problem is engagement between the worker and the company. Assisting companies with first line management tasks. Capitalizing on EAI (emotional artificial intellect) brought about by Covid 19 and the rapid capability growth of the computer.

There has been a brain drain in South-Africa. This system will support the management function.

Our company is mainly focused on the future. There has been a managerial brain drain in Africa. Our program assists in overcoming this problem. The pace at which the world economy is running will only increase. 

We are mainly focusing on managerial skills of the future based on years of manual experience from the past.

Solution

The main problem is engagement between the worker and the company. Engagement depends a lot on how the workers are treated and spoken to. Research has shown that engaged companies reach up to 28% higher efficiency.

Story

Before COVID, I decided to continue with my Ph.D. I have a master's degree in mechanical engineering. I would like to specialize in the engagement of artisans, one of my own specialties.

Realizing the brain drain in South Africa, we needed the support, of a computer system. Then came COVID 19. Awakening the whole world around the benefits of computers and artificial intellect.

I have seen it as a high opportunity and decided to capitalize on this.

This is how the company was born.
