Aele Grande is a child creativity and development center based in Baku, serving children aged 7–17 by fostering artistic expression and social skill development beyond the traditional academic framework. The concept is built around creating a structured yet interactive environment where students engage in disciplines such as painting, sculpture, sewing, culinary arts, and dance, with the objective of strengthening creative thinking, self-confidence, communication abilities, and overall personal growth.

Challenge

Aele Grande is addressing a structural imbalance in the education system, where academic performance is prioritized while creative and social competencies receive limited institutional support. The startup responds to gaps such as insufficient extracurricular diversity, lack of platforms for children to demonstrate their talents, and the absence of integrated programs that combine artistic training with confidence and social development. Operationally, the venture also faces early-stage challenges including facility rental, capital investment of 50,000–100,000 AZN for setup and equipment, marketing execution, and effective conversion of demand within the broader 480,000-student total addressable market in Baku into sustainable enrollment.

Solution

Aele Grande is implementing a hands-on, practice-oriented learning model supported by a subscription-based revenue structure that includes monthly memberships, individual and group classes, and income from workshops and special events. The center differentiates itself through interactive exhibitions where children publicly showcase their work, reinforcing experiential learning and presentation skills. Currently in the prototype phase, the initiative plans to secure a physical location, acquire specialized equipment (art, sewing, and workshop tools), conduct structured market testing, and scale toward enrolling 700–800 monthly participants from a projected serviceable market of approximately 100,000 interested students.
